Pain In The Lower Stomach And Back, Burning Sensation In The Nipples. Pregnant Or STD?

i had my period three weeks ago. i feel pain in the lower part of my stomach and a slight burning sensation and my nipples have been tender and lumpy i also this last couple of days i have had pains in my lower part of my back. is it possible i could be pregnant? i fear of having a sexually transmitted disesase from my husband? what do you think my symtons could be related to?

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

Most likely your symptoms are related to your cycle. Breast / nipple tenderness and mid-to-late cycle pain related to ovulation and ovarian cysts. This is the most likely explanation. It would be too early for pregnancy related symptoms. The question of STD's should be addressed with your doctor because if there is concern about exposure, regardless of your symptoms, then you need testing.
