Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Spotting. Sonography Report Showing Bulky Ovary. Duoloton Prescribed. Proper Medication?

i am 36 yrs old female..i had pain in my lowe abdomen during midcycle. so had done sonography . results show bulky ovary..11.7ccs. doc prescribed krimpson 35 for 6 mths. but after taking it i just had spotting dat mobth. den she prescribed duoloton l tablets . now periods do come but not earlier. is dis d right treatment. i dont hav children nor planning to hav any.

Lower abdominal pains with spotting clearly indicates ectopic pregnancy. A pregnancy test should be done ie beta hcg dosage should be done
