Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Nausea, Light Headedness. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Could Be Wrong?

I am getting a pain in my lower abdominal to where it hurts to hold in my stomach . I have frequent nausa moments were I want to throw up. I am light headed a lot out of the day. I just eneded my period for this month so i didnt miss it. This all started about 4-5 days ago. I took a pregnancy test and they came out negative. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
You may have acute gastroenteritis or acute gastritis.
You should consult with physician/ gastrophysician ans should go for endoscopy, ultrasound imaging.
If both of these investigations are normal,then you should go for complete antibiotic course for rpid recovery.
