Pain in the lower abdomen after periods. History of c-sections. Is my scar tissue pushing the organs?

Good morning,
My mentrual cycle just went off. However, i'm still having pains in my lower abdomen like I'm ovulating. I have had 2 c-sections(bikini cut) and my tubal was done 15years ago. Someone suggested that this could be scar tissue pushing on my organs. I also feel the urgency to urinate BUT I do drink at least 8, 8oz of water a day. What do you think?

Thanks for the query.

There could be possible adhesions due to previous surgeries and they can give some discomfort due to attachment to the surrounding organs.
Better to consult gynecologist and get examined to rule out the possibility of any pelvic infection. If she suggests go for ultrasound once.
Once check for presence of any urinary tract infection. Go for urine microscopy.
If there is no specific problem antispasmodics can help in giving the symptomatic treatment.
