Pain In The Lower Abdomen. CT Scan Showing Free Fluid In The Pelvic Cul-de-sac. History Of Ovarian Cyst. Need Further Evaluation?

I have acute left flank pain extending to my left lower abdominal area that ends in the pelvic region. The pain comes in waves, very sharp. I went to the emergency room and had a CT scan that reveals trace free fluid in the pelvic cul-de-sac. I have a history of a 5cm ovarian cyst on the left. Please advise if further evaluation is needed beyond pain medication .
