Pain In The Left Arm, Bubbling In The Left Chest. Concerned

Hi I have had pain in my left side of my chest and arm 4 weeks ago and w given ibuprofen for it that helped it settle down I haven't taken them for 2 weeks now I just have paracetamol when needed for the last. 4. Days I have had a bubbling feeling under my left breast It stays for 10 to 15 seconds but is becoming more frequent

pain in the left side of chest feeling like bubbling in the chest can be due to many reasons..

1.it can be Arrhythmia or irregular beating of the heart.

2.Precordial chest syndrome-This type of condition results to chest pain, difficulty of breathing, and a sensation that bubble in the chest. A person experiencing this condition often mistakes it for a heart attack

3.acute MI or heart attack.

i suggest an ECG or ECHOcardiography to pinpoint the exact cause.
