Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Head ache is a mystery, cause could be minor tention to a cancer. Your case appears to be due to tention only. other commen causes are sinusitis, refractive error of the eye sight etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to go for c.t.scan of the brain besides other commen investigations for confermation.
Try to avoid mental tensions , viewing t.v from short distances, and for long time.
Avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods which due to indigestion can cause head ache .
Wishing for a quick recovery from head ache, and thanks for calling.
