ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for contacting HCM
according to Your ENT specialist you have nerve weakness, it may cause the pain in ear but not so much, for diagnosis some more points required in descriptive way such as your age, duration of your problem, pain present or not on pressing the tragus, any history of rhinitis or otitis media, test like tuning fork test , audiometry etc. If you already done these test then there is no need about to worry otherwise these tests are required for final diagnosis. thanks
