Pain In The Dimple Area Of The Lower Back. Episacral Lipoma Or Joint Problem ?

I am having pain in the dimple area of the lower back , i have been told that its either an episacral lipoma ( there is a hard lump there that is not on the right side and is very sore if touched) or it could be si joint problem, the pain has been there for over 8 months now and there was no injury or fall at all....do you know a surgeon who would excise a episacral lipoma

put south pole of a stong magnet at the pain point 4 half an hour twice a day 4ten days and report.
