Pain In The Breast, Difficulty In Sleep. Could It Be Due To Over Exercise?

I have just recently got a constant pain above my left breast , finding it difficult to sleep on either side and when sleeping on back I am still aware of this, I have not done any major exercise but my normal day to day routines, also even when I sit it does not matter in what direction I move my body I still feel this pain?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Madam
The most common cause of breast pain will be related to your menstrual cycle, its seen more preceding the cycles or during the cycles. Another factor could be ill fitting brassier. Wear proper size brassier.
Take analgesics(tablet to relieve pain). Try evening primrose oil. if the problem still persists then dont hesitate to consult a General Surgeon or Gynaecologist.
Also kindly do mention the age and complete details.
All the best
Take good care of health
