Pain In The Back, Pinkish Vaginal Discharge. Reason?

3 days ago, I felt a slight pain in my back, nothing really to pay attention to, then breast were a little sore. The next day I notice a pink watery discharge when I wipe, I immediately thought it was my cycle due to my back and breast, but later on that day, nothing, like it never happen. All I have now is lower stomach pain. What could this be.

hi, you are not mentioned about your age, on any medication. are you married and planning to have or not have children. when were you expecting for the periods. so very difficult to discuss. if you are sexually active, then get one urine pregnancy test done. see your gynaecologist in any case. all the very best.
