Pain In The Abdomen, White Vaginal Discharge With Foul Smell. Not Pregnant. Pain While Urination
Since I was 14 years I noticed a white discharge coming out on mi vigana I thought maybe its a stage every girl goes but now its smelly and I sometimes have a pain on my abdominal also last month I missed my periods but I'm nt preg ans I once experience 2 cycles in 1 month now my left fallopian tube is paining and it hurts when I urinate

Hello,You possibly have a vaginal infection and maybe even an UTI. I suggest that you see a doctor for examination and get an urine culture done. You will need antibiotics. Foul smelling discharge often indicates infection and you will need a swab test and antibiotics again.
