Pain in tailbone, uncomfortable while sitting, lying on back. Feeling constipated. Remedy?

My back bone hurts. I have this weird pain in my tailbone. I have been having this pain for quite long time and it is really uncomfortable when I am sitting and lying on my back. I never had constipation before but recently I find it really hard to pass stool . It comes in hard feces. I am on a healthy diet . I eat vegetables and all that. What is wrong with me? Should I be concerned?
