Pain In Stomach, Under Ribs, Bleeding In Stools. Cramps Or Something More Serious?

Hi, I had been for a run a couple of days back..and had pain on the right side of my stomach , just under the ribs. And since yesterday and today, i have noticed blood in my stools . Also, I have been having this pain when I run for a long time...but then it gets better after sometime. Is it just cramps or something else?

pain in abdomen and blood in stools suggests a pathology in the bowels.
it is not due to a cramp. could be tumour, ulcer, vascular lesion and so on.
please describe each symptom in great detail.
is bleeding painless before or after stool ? mixed in stool or covering it?
any bowel / bladder disorders?
straining at stool?
quantity of blood?

better get medical attention of a physician and get routine blood panel, cogulation tests, USG abdomen , pelvis done.
further course will depend on your exam.
