Pain In Shoulder Blade, Spine, Muscles, Chest Tightness, Arm Aching
m getting a stabbing pain just between my shoulder blade and my spine and the musculs in the back of my neck ans on the top of my shoulder and across my chest keep tightening up and my arm keeps ackeing and just before my wrist I m getting a muscil there that keeps twitchin and I keep getting pins and needles in my arm plz could u tell me what this could be

Dear madam,
your problem seems to be of neurological origin - fibromyalgia - and so has to consult an orthopedic surgeon if all other investigations including cardiac check up is normal.
