Hello, I have gone through your query and understood your concern. The symptoms you have mentioned seem to be indicative of Cervical Myelopathy, compression of cervical nerves.Moving your arms gives blood flow and to that compressed part and thus you get relief. Check up for Hypertension and Diabetes and other associated diseases like degenerative arthritis or spondylotic disease. Hope it helped you. Thanks.
