Pain In Right Leg, Difficulty Walking, No Injury. Symptoms Of Muscle Pull?

hello sir, my fiance aged 26, female is having pain at her right leg, between two fingers from left to right. she didnt get hurt at any thing but had a certain scenario of muscle pull (not sure) once and from following day is having the pain. she had been xrayd but have no problem at bones. its now almost 10days that the problem exists and she cant walk properly.

pain in leg can can be because of lumber spine back problem.secondly acute acute muscle pull followed by pain could be due to muscle cramps which are caused by due many reasons most common out of which are dehydration or calcium and vit d deficiency.
