Pain In Right Knee, Stabbing Pain In Groin, Leg Numbness. X-ray Done. Causes?

hi i am 26yrs old and for last 6months been having on and off pain in my right knee but recently got worse currently waitng on results of an xray but this last 2wks i keep get stabbing pain in my grune an every now and then my whole leg goes numb an paralised no matter how much i try move it , it will not respond from anything to 1-10mins

i would adivised you to undergo mri scan of the knee to pinpoint what exactly the problem is. and more over i would like you to meet the orthopaedician to rule out is there and spine pathology
