Pain in ribs, lower spin, upper abdomen. Normal angiogram. Treatment?

hello dr good morning i am malathi, 42 years old. i have severe pain through out the ribs in front and back and in lower spine as well as the entire back and upper abdomen everywhere. i cant say the particular place. sometimes it is difficult to breath also. but i have taken angiogram 3 months before only. result is normal now i am having this pain for nearly 1 month i thought it might be due to over work but now i am on leave for past one week and in rest also eventhough i am not comfortable sitting as well as lying down too. i dont know whom i have to consult? is it necessary to take treatment or to leave it as part of day day life aspect.please help me take decision

Your pain looks related to bones and most likely due to Osteoporosis. which is common in peri and post menopausal female.

You consult one orthopedician get checked Bone density and receive treatment accordingly..
