Pain in rib cage, hurts when moved, blood and mucus in stool. Help?

I am a 45 year old female. Several days ago I had a sudden on set of pain in my right side directly below my rib cage. It hurt to move and to take deep breath. When I woke the next morning, the pain was gone but i was sore. I then started passing blood tinged mucus when I felt like I was having bowel movement . Sometimes just mucus is passed and sometimes stool covered in mucus. This morning, the stool was white.
