I seen my surgeon , my family dr, a ear, nose and throat dr, and then to my cirop. Dr. None had a answer, this lasted about 2 months, my 2nd visit to my chriro it started getting better. I will be returning for my other hip, and 5 days ago I woke up with the same pain in my left ear a pulse pain 2 times about every 10-15 secs, does this sound like a pinched nerve,? Virus? Or what, I take 2 eleve in the am and 2 in the afternoon, and it is keeping it down. Thanks Bruce

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Bruce,

The symptoms are indicative of nerve compression in the neck region.
As a result of which, the pain is getting radiated to the areas supplied by it.

Symptomatic relief will be obtained by intake of Nervigenic agents like Vit B6, Vit B12 & Folic acid. Also multivitamin & multimineral supplements including iron, calcium & Vit D needs to be added in your diet.

Physiotherapy exercises will be helpful.
Also take care of your sleeping posture.
Avoid use of thick pillows which puts strain on neck muscles.

If symptoms still persist, kindly visit a Neurologist for proper clinical examination including nerve conduction studies.
Wishing you a Good Health.
Take care.
