Pain In Neck, On Diet To Control High Glucose. Feels Out Of Balance, Cramped, Nose Bleeding. Reasons ?

my dad is suffering on his neck, he have high glucose almost reach abnormal level, his glucose is 210, so now his on diet in order to balance and decrease his glucose, his not much consume sugar for the past one month, now his suffering neck pain , sometimes his fall down cause lost body balancing, felling cram sometimes and bleeding nose

You needs to be investigated for Cervical Spondylosis and other causes of vertigo like TIA etc. In addition to this you needs to control your Diabetes either by diet or oral medication. One of the major cause for vertigo at age above 40 is Cervical Spondylosis.Consult your doctor for this and get your X-ray C-spine done.
Pain may be due to Cervical or diabetic neuropathy. Get your Fasting Blood Sugar and HbA1C done to know the status of blood sugar level of last 12 weeks. This may help you to understand and manage your diabetic status.
