Pain in muscles and clicking in movement. Why is the bloated stomach?

my bones click a lot with movement, this doesn t hurt, but i am also experiencing pain in my muscles from just walking. I also get bad pain in my chest and upper back about once a month which only goes away when i take pain killers. I also suffer with a very bloated stomach which goes hard after I eat and i get pains. I am only 25 years old and am worried??

I have read your query.

Stop taking painkillers because they are the main culprits behind stomach problem.

Take pantoprazole 40 mg empty stomach for 3 days.

Everything will get alright.

Then after 4 days take aceclofenac tablet for pain management by prescription.
