Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Dear Mr. Abdullah,
You are having symptoms of chronic Lumbago which may be due to Spinal Instability / Chronic degenerative Disc disease or failed Back with minor disc bulge. Hence you should go for Digital X-Ray of Lumbo-Sacral Spine, AP View, Lat. view inf Flexion & Lat. view in Extension. More over you also require M R I of Lumbo-sacral spine. After theses investigations you should consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon or Ortho-Spine Surgeon for further management. In the mean time you can join a good physiotherapy center & Start taking Muscle Relaxant tablets in consultation with your family physician.
