Hello, hailey, Right lower abdominal pain may indicate inflammation of the Appendix. Especially if you have nausea, vomiting, fever, we have to rule this out. Pain in the right hip area may also indicate radiation of pain from the inflammation or formation of an abscess. If you press on the lower right abdomen when you are lying down , that should be very painful. If that is the case, you should see your doctor or be seen at a medical facility ASAP. The only other thing I can think of is sudden pinched nerve from some activity you did. If the area of the spine or disc is sacral four or five , that could give you right and left sided pain.
