Pain In Lower Neck While Taking Deep Breath, Sneezing Or Coughing. What Should Be Done?

I have a sharp pain in the left side of my lower neck, front of my left clavicle and the back of my left scapula whenever I take a deep breath, sneeze or cough. I have allergies, so I cough and sneeze, a lot. I had cervical fusion (C#, C4, C5) in 2007 and this pain was present then, but the surgeon did not address it. The pain is unbearable at times and only laying flat on my back will ease it, until I cough or breathe deeply.

Dear sir,

Well this is a critical thing and needs evaluation you should get an MRI cervical spine done to see for the exact extent of damage.
