Pain In Legs, Fatigue, Low Energy And Fever. Treatment?

hello doctor, my wife is ill for long time (almost three years). she visit to many doctors and many tests done, but all in vain . I and my wife are very dipress for this situation. she mainl feel pain in whole body specially in legs and all day she is in the conditions of fatique , low enerty , fever. kindly help me what test or treatment i opt for her.
please help me.

Hello,

Whole body pain or specifically in legs may be due neurological cause like fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome.

Here, you need to undergo serum electrolyte level, blood sugar, nerve conduction test etc. Please consult with neurologist following test report for proper management.

Take healthy diet with vitamin & iron supplements, drink plenty of water with salt & lemon, take adequate rest.
