Hello,
Crohn's disease have imunologcal back ground. This can be associated with back pain due to development of axial arthritis & due to associated weakness in bones. With physio ,you should also do following to have relief-

-Take a good analgesic like advil or aleeve.

-Do warm fomentation over back.

-Take some chondroprotective agents like glucosamine .

Hope this all will help you.

With best wishes.
