Pain In Leg, Foot After Masturbation. Found Compound Disc In Lower Spine. Reappeared After Sex. Remedy?
about 6 months ago after masturbation i started getting pains down my leg and in my left foot it got worse everytime i masturbated so i decided to stop and go for some mri scans finally after three they found a compound disc in my lower spine i am only 17! my pain was completely gone last week after not masturbating or having any sexual activity in like 4 months so last night i had sex and the dull pain has now come back in my foot ten times worse, i am not sure what to do any advice?

Did you show the MRI scan reports to doctor and did the doctor confirm that the spine problem was because of masturbation? If you haven't asked you need to ask your doctor.
Sex is an important aspect of human living and sharing.
In my clinical practice so far I have not come across a case where masturbation is the culprit for a spine problem. There is no patho physiological mechanism whereby masturbation could injure or displace disc in lower spine.
I wonder whether you missed other causative trigger for your disc dislocation when you found its correlation with masturbation.

Often we do get people saying they have problems like back ache, head ache, weakness, exhaustion, depression, which are attributed to masturbation when actually there is no correlation other than the popular and strong misconception that masturbation is harmful.
I strongly recommend that you meet a qualified doctor with your MRI scans for examination and evaluation. It is important and necessary for you to get to the root of the problem.
