Pain In Left Side Of Stomach Under Rib Cage. What Is The Normal BP Level?

I think my blood pressure is 180-120 and i have 92 bpm.... is this normal? i smoked a cig and walked around my apartment but I ve been sitting for like 10 mins i checked my blood pressure and heart rate because im having pain in my stomach on the left side under my rib cage but near the stomach and by the looks on the diagram of the human body its my spleen .

You have not mentioned your age,but whatever may be the age,the BP mentioned by you,is very high.You may consult Cardiologist,as cardiac pain may be referred to so many areas and your BP is very high.
