Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello Joseph,
This pan can be due to strain or sprain of muscle or due to compression of nerve. If this is a continuous pain which is located only in hand then there can be a muscle injury due to heavy work. You should consult to a good orthopedic doctor for relief.

At present you may have combination of tramadol wit paracetamol for relief.

Hope this will help you.

With best wishes.
