Pain In Left Groin, Reduced After Urination, Fatigue, Hot Flashes. History Of Having Total Hysterectomy. In Need Of Hormones?

I am 60 yrs. old and have already been thru menopause. I just had a total hysterectomy 5 months ago. I wake up in the mornings with a pain in my left front groin area, but goes away after I pee. Why is this? And also, I don't have near the energy I had before my surgery which was done by the Divinci Robot. A very successful surgery. I had a very large cyst on my left ovary and many fibroids on my uterus. All non cancerous. I went back to work 3 weeks after surgery. I tire out easily. How long before I get energy. I am taking vitamins. Also have hot flashes again. Not as often. Do I need hormones?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described could partially be due to menopause. But the pain in the groin can also be present due to urinary tract infection or calculi. A urine examination and ultrasound scan will help in diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
