General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Most probably your problem is either plantar faciitis, an inflammation of the fascia of the foot. or plantar fasciosis, means degenerative changes of plantar fascia .
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon, for investigation diagnosis and treatment. You may need to get c.t . scanning for besides other routine tests for diagnosis.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, cauliflower, coconut, egg, chicken, fish, and other sea foods as these tend to increase the pain perception.
I wish you a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
