Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
IF THIS IS CHOLESTEATOMA AND IS CONFIRMED ONCT OR RI THEN IT HAS TO BE PERATED AS THIS IS KIND OF POSITION WHICH CAN AFFECT THE BRAIN SLOWLY NOT VERY FAST
SO YOU CAN PLAN IT BECAUSE CHOLSTEOTOMAS ARE NOT SUBSIDED Y MEDICINES

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Shailja Puri's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

Cholesteatoma is a disease in which there is accumulation of keratin flakes in middle ear.
This occurs due to replacement of normal epithelium of the middle ear by squamous lining.
This deposition of choleasteatoma leads to conductive hearing loss.
The treatment of choelesteatoma is surgical removal.
The debris removed should be send for histopthological examination.

Thanks and take care
