Pain In Left Ear. Slight Hearing Loss. Referred For TMG And Will Get Splint. Constant Tinnitus. Advise?

I have sharp pain in left ear. I get it most from sounds. Like a baby's high pitched cry . Went to Ent . Have slight hearing loss in left ear. Referred also for Tmj. Will get splint for my Tmj.
Could it also be something else? Have a lot of jaw pain too .
Also have constant tinnitus. All this for last 6 months.

Very worried because I am musician.
Please advise. Very much appreciate it.

Thanks

seem to be noise trauma as hearing is there it can lead to tinnitus
tmjmay be associated problem but as history suggest the noises can lead to this you need to consult the ent doctor
noise protection and tinnits relexation exercises can help
