Pain In Left Arm, Fingers. Drowsiness, Stomach Upset. Advised Test For Side Of Heart. Heart Problem?

hi my left arm is paining .the pain is radiating from my ahoulder to my fingers...it started in the evening today..also it is accompanied with drowsinwss and a bit of stomach upset..i got my ecg done it was normal..my blood pressure too was normal..the doctor at the hospital suggested to do tests for the side of the heart which the ecg dosent give evaluation..i am 28yrs old..is there really a chance of a heart problem?..

Yes, Left side radiating arm pain with drowsiness and stomach upset with normal ECG you should rule out heart problem.
You should consult a cardiologist and get your other test like Trop-I(and other cardiac marker) done to rule out your heart problem and repeat ECG.
