Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pain in the back of my knees ,and it has been getting harder to bend them and walk up and down stairs. I also often get stiff legs when I sit for a period of time. I walk and play tennis 4-5 times a week, 1 hour or more. I am on my feet nearly all day. Resting seems to have little effect and at times makes it worse.
