i worked towards losing around 17 kilos in 3 months. Strict diet , yoga exercises & running for about 5 kilometers has helped. I was 87 kilos & now i am 70 kilos. Feeling great. However, when i run now, there is a pain in my right heel & both knee caps. Feels like a pricking pain all over my knee caps. finding it difficult to run. what do you think has happened? Some suggest that maybe my muscles have weakened. I dont want to stop running. please help.
