Pain In Head And Eye After 2 Weeks Of Cataract Surgery. Is This Endophthalmitis?

I had cataract surgery 4 weeks ago and first 2 weeks I was fine absilutely fine but 2 weeks post surgery I started feeling pain in my head and eye. I went to the doctor he checked and said I need to wash my eye as I was just wiping it. He gave me ointment and asked me to scrub my eye with a swab and asked me to continue with the drops. The pain was gone in 2 days however it is back after 2 weeks because I'm thinking I slept on my eye. I got eyebrow pain and mild eye pain no redness though. My question is, is it Endophthalmitis?
