Pain In Hand Due To Exercising, Thumb Popping Out. Normal?

I m 19 and I work out a lot so I end up having stretch marks and the like. Recently my left hand has been hurting mostly due to many pushups but now the veins in the large part of my thumb have been popping out and I wanted to make sure it was normal since my hand has been in a little pain. My family has no diseases or anything. Thanks for the assist

Excessive exercise without adequate warming up can cause the symptoms like you are having. Giving adequate rest and doing a hot fomentation will help in the improvement.
