When you have pain in both of your feet it is extremely unlikely that there would be a cancer affecting both your feet simultaneously! Rather, this can be more related to flat feet which you think you might have. Secondly, bone spurs can also cause pain like the way you have described. You should go and consult your doctor with a complete evaluation and check X-rays of both of your feet to arrive at the underlying disorder and further therapy would be based on the X-rays.
