Pain In Erect Penis, No Swelling Or Discharge. Reason?
I have been having some dull pain on the right side of the penis when it is erect. The pain can be felt at the base of the penis even when the penis is flaccid. There is no swelling or discharge from the penis. I feel the injury has been caused due to masturbation. What could be reasons for the pain? and should i wait for the pain to go away itself or should i consult some urologist immediately?
Dear friend, Need not to worry much. Because of over activity and vigorous movement there are possibilities of damage to the skin around the base of shaft, some abrasion or even simple plucked hair which in turn might have been infected. Infection is usually the cause of pain.
I think you should respond to some analgesic and relevant antibiotic.
Hope the answer will be useful for your.
Thanks
