If you are having problem talking with mobile phone you must take it seriously and get done Pure tone audiometry (hearing test) to know if there is any hearing deficit developing due to radiation by the mobile phone .
Even if there is no hearing loss get this test done as there can be problem at high frequencies .
Also if the test is normal then also avoid using mobile phone and start taking multivitamins and tablets containing Ginkgo Biloba which will help in maintaining proper blood circulation in the ears and prevent hair cells damage .
If you are using ear phone only then avoid using them as there may be pain in the cartilage of the ear. Avoid using it is the best remedy.
