One of the symptoms of heart attack
is "Sweating, which may be extreme". If you had excessive perspiration, then heart attack is suspected.
Other symptoms of a heart attack include:
* Light-headedness, dizziness
* Nausea or vomiting
* Palpitations (feeling like your heart is beating too fast)
* Shortness of breath
Take ECG and consult a cardiologist
. Blood tests can help show if you have substances produced by heart tissue damage or a high risk for heart attack. These tests include:
* Troponin I
and troponin T
* CPK and CPK-MB
* Serum myoglobin
Please also undergo cardiac stress test
(Exercise stress test). If you have any heart problems, you will feel chest pain (angina) again.
