Pain In Back Close To Shoulder. Been Told It Is A Pinched Nerve. Had Blurred Vision Today
i have a pain in my back close to my shoulder Ive been told that its a pinched nerve and a muscle that is tense the pain goes down my arm up my neck it gives me headaches and today some blurred vision ive been to chiro physio and a message therapist for over 5 years now and nothing will make it go away is there anything medically that can be done
I have studied your case. Due to compression of this nerve root there is tinglingnumbness in your arm and pain associated with it.
Do MRI spine to see nerve compression. For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started. Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
If nerve compression becomes severe later on then surgical decompression will give permanent relief.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
Take care
