I have pain in my arms and legs periodicly through the day getting worse as I work at a desk, I started about 1.5momnts ago and I've been excercising more but this week no my right under arm between the tricep nd bicep I hurting even more . if I swing my ams forcing blod throughiti get some relief before it gets worse
