Pain in arm, pulsing sensation, feels like a bruised vein. Treatment options?

My arm has been hurting me for 3days now, it s a weird pain seems like one of my veins is bruised I have a very light pink dash were the pain comes from. I can lift things without it hurting but when I touch the are or stretch out my arm it hurts (my upper forearm ) its now gotten to the point where my whole arm is having little pulsing pains and has a hot cold feeling to it. please help

Welcome to HCM.
It might be due to muscular sprain after improper posture during sleeping,sitting,working and weight lifting.
There might be some pressure on any nerve route in between.
Start nsaid with muscle relaxant.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
Therapeutic dose of b12,b6,folic acid,l-arginine,minerals will be helpful.
Intra muscular injections of b12,folic acid is advisable.
Avoid exercise,sports activity,weight lifting till get complete cure.
Physiotherapy is advisable.
Start treatment under guidance of orthopedician.
