General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient, welcome to HCM.
Nicotine in smoke has the potential to constrict your blood vessels and reduce blood supply to your heart. Chances of this increases if you are a very heavy smoker. you should get an ECG done to find out if there is any abnormality with your heart. I would strongly recommend you to cut down smoking, if u can quit it, before it causes any major damage.
Take Care.
