Pain From The Back To Shoulder Leading To Heart. Sprained Muscle Or Heart Attack?
This morning, I felt what I think is a pulled muscle near my heart--- it starts in back around shoulder and goes through to my heart and chest area. It feels kind of cold inside near the heart area. I think I may have pulled a muscle but I want to make sure no heart attack . I am 55 yr old woman, overweight , No smoking. I took a baby aspirin after I felt it and another about 2 hrs later. Thanks.

Hi...try to move your hands and twist your back....if it is a sprained muscle you experience same pain during one of the movement... else get an ecg taken...
