Pain From Arms To Elbows, Moving To Chest, Leg And Knee Pain. Causes For Pain?
Hi there over the past year or so i have been experiencing pain along my arms down to me elbows and to the left of my chest , i have also been experiencing pain in both my legs and knees the right leg and knee being the worst affected, am I going mad i have expressed some of these symptoms to my doctor but he just tells me that its stress , i just don t know what to do anymore its really frustrating.

You didn't mentioned your age and sex.Differential diagnosis varies with age and sex.
Before concluding it to be stress related or psychological,it should be properly investigated.
Proper history should be taken like onset,fever,trauma,morning pain or not, any other systemic features etc.
Investigations like routine hemogram,X-rays, RA fator,uric acid ,should be taken.
In middle and old aged persons these features may be due to spondylotic changes in spine and osteoarthritis changes. These age related changes and treated by physiotherapy and surgery.
Rheumatoid arthritis is treated by medicines, and physiotherapy. Surgery of deformed part is last resort.
Childhood causes are also treated by medicines and physiotherapy.
Psychological causes are treated by counselling and medicines.
